Richard Twumasi-Ankrah Esq. is a seasoned and committed lawyer who serves as a Director and Corporate Secretary of WEL International. His vast experience in corporate Taxation, Mergers, and Acquisitions with the
legal technical competence to negotiate places him strategically in the operations of WEL International project development implementation structure.
Having served as an Assistant State Attorney at the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General’s Department of Ghana adequately cuts him out of his current position. He was formerly the Managing Director and partner of Euroget de Invest and Gold Refinery Company Ltd.
He is in private practice and specializes in corporate law including conveyancing and real estate development related to property transfer/acquisition development and management, and documentation.
He is a member in good standing with the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and has tremendous experience in constitutional and international law, thus bringing to WEL International his zeal to succeed.
He is a highly organized and motivated lawyer, who enjoys a high level of autonomy and responsibility working closely with the company to deliver legal services of the highest standards. He is the Legal Advisor, Director, and Corporate Secretary of WEL International Ghana Limited.
