He is a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated individual with over 30 years of experience as a valuer and has strong working relations with prestigious banks and companies in the country.
His expertise cuts across the valuation of Buildings, Undeveloped Land, and Quarry sites, Land Mitigations, Land Acquisitions, Project Management and Project Appraisal. He is the Principal Executive Director and Owner of Apex Property Surveying Consulting Limited. He is an experienced valuer in Ghana and sub-Saharan Africa with varied experience and excellent communication capability and competency.
A.K Asamoah is involved in Project planning, Site Survey, and preparation of Project Costs Management (PCM) of office and residential properties, Preparation of Tender documents for building construction and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He has executed several projects in Ghana, including the Ghana International Trade Fair Centre, the Construction of multipurpose management Staff Bungalows (Social Security and National Insurance Trust-SSNIT Flats Phase 1&2 both at Adenta and Sakumono, the Construction of Planters Flats at Takoradi and ABSA Bank financed Project and Construction of Protea Hotel situated at Takoradi, Absa Bank of Ghana and IFC Financed Project. He is currently as Lead AIDA Ghana Project Limited Land Management development Consult overseeing the land implementation development sustainability, community social responsibility and environmental impact assessment.
